Our story

The company is new. The people are not. Our team spent more than forty years inside kraft paper mills, in technical and commercial roles both, before setting up JVC International LLC to trade the fibre those mills depend on.

Over that time we ran furnish, judged incoming bales, argued over claims and negotiated the supply contracts that keep a machine fed through a monsoon and a price spike alike. The relationships that came out of it, at management level across several South Indian mills, are the foundation this business is built on.

We started JVC to do one thing properly: buy corrugated fibre abroad at a grade a mill can actually use, and sell it into India on a programme that holds up month after month.

What forty years in a mill is worth to you

Anyone can quote a grade. The difference shows up when the container is opened.

If you are selling to us

We know what we are buying, so the conversation is short and the terms hold.

  • Specification agreed once, in writing, and not reopened at discharge without cause
  • Realistic tolerances, because we know what a bale looks like after a sea voyage
  • Repeat monthly offtake rather than one shipment and silence

If you are buying from us

We sell against your furnish, not against a price list.

  • Grade matched to your machine, your liner and your cost per tonne of usable fibre
  • Honest word on what a lot will yield, including when the answer is to pass on it
  • One point of contact from enquiry through to settlement

How we work

Five steps from first enquiry to settlement. You always know who is holding the shipment at each point.

Enquiry

You send grade, tonnage, load port and shipment period. We confirm what we can take or supply.

Offer

Price, terms and quality basis go across in writing, with photographs or samples where needed.

Contract

Both sides sign on an agreed specification, payment term and shipment window.

Shipment

We track booking, loading and documents, and keep everyone informed until arrival.

Settlement

Discharge, weight and quality are reconciled, and any claim is dealt with directly.

Our aim on both sides is a year-round programme. Single opportunistic lots are the exception, not the model.

Tell us your grade and your tonnage

Whether you have material to sell or a mill to feed, that is enough for us to come back with something concrete.
